• Our Pledge To You:  H2Only Cleaners Is A Family Business.  Our Reputation Rests With The Satisfaction Of Our Customers.  We Promise To Care For Your Garments As Our Own And Return Them To You In Like New Condition.  If You Are Not Satisfied, We Will Clean Them Again At No Charge.  If You Are Still Not Satisfied, We Will Refund Your Money. 

• While no one can guarantee that every stain will come out, we pride ourselves in our ability to remove stains without risk of damage to the garment.  Should these reasonable and prudent efforts fail, you may wish to sign a damage waiver for more intense, and possibly damaging methods in the hopes salvaging your garment.

• Wet Cleaning Is A Cleaning Method That Is Best Done With A 24 Hour Curing Time.  However, We Can Still Offer Same Day Or Next Day Service If Our Schedule Permits And The Garment(s) Is Brought In Before 9am.  Our Regular Pick Up And Drop Off Schedule is:

• Our Operating Hours Are: Monday Through Friday 7am to 7pm and Saturdays 9am to 3pm.  H₂Only Cleaners Is Closed On Sundays.   Pleased be advised that we follow Wake County School Systems weather closures and delays.

• Earn Free Cleaning With Our Customer Referral Program.  New Customers Referred To Us Will Earn You One Item Free On Your Next Order.  Refer Two And Get Two Free Items, Etc.

• Our Wet Cleaning Process Is Very Specific To The Fiber Type And Colors Of The Fibers Used To Construct Your Garments.  In Fact, We Can Have Up To 99 Custom Programs Designed Specifically For The Exact Needs Of Any Fiber Type.  All Garments Brought Into H₂Only Cleaners Must  Have Their Care Labels Intact So That We May Determine The Optimum Method Required.  Should You Have An Item Which Does Not Have An Intact Care Label, We Will Clean Your Item(s) With Our Most Gentle Cycle; However, We Can Accept No Liability For The Item.  The Same Is Also True For Items Which Are Not Sold Through Domestic Retailers, Are Hand Made, Or Have Been Personally Brought In From Abroad.  These Items Do Not Have To Meet US FTC Textile Standards And As Such There Is No Remedy Or Recourse For The Consumer Should They Fail In Use Or Care.  The Owner Assumes All Risks Involved At The Time Of Purchase.

• Scheduled Pick Up and Drop Off Days:
  H2Only Cleaners will visit twice weekly. We will pick up your H2Only Cleaners bag and drop off your freshly cleaned garments. If you are on the Monday/Thursday schedule, Items picked up on Monday will be dropped off on Thursday, and vice versa. Likewise, If you are on the Tuesday/Friday Schedule.
  On the morning of your pick-up, leave the H2Only Cleaners bag that we provide on your front porch, or any location that you designate, by 8:00 am. We will be by to collect the garments to be cleaned and leave any cleaned garments hanging on the door hanger which we also provide.  Click Here To Sign Up For Our Convenient Pick Up And Delivery Service. 

• Weather could delay your order by one cycle. You may pick up your order at the main store prior to your next scheduled delivery if you like.
