Hello, First I wanted to let you know that I am pleased with your service, so, thanks! My question is actually not about the quality of your service, but about the stuff I end up throwing away after I get my clothes back - the plastic wrap and wire hangers. I find myself throwing away a lot of this and I'm sure other customers are too. You seem to be a pretty environmentally aware company and I'm wondering if you've thought about starting to recycle the used wire hangers (the ones I'm throwing away are perfectly re-useable, but I don't need them in my closet) and the plastic wrap. Can the plastic wrap be recycled - like could I recycle it with my plastic grocery bags? Let me know what you think. Thanks again for the great service! Tracy

        Thanks for the compliment and the opportunity to address recycling.  Yes, we recycle both plastic and hangers.  We do use the thinnest plastic bagging available that will protect customer garments to reduce waste going to our landfills.  So you don't have to feel bad if you do end up throwing them away.  We can provide hanger boxes upon request and will empty them when filled and placed out with your items to be cleaned.  We do not recommend just placing hangers in the nylon clothing bags with items to be cleaned--the hanger hooks can easily perforate fabric and pick/damage sweaters.  BTW, a good tip for reusing the plastic bags is to retain a couple for rainy pick up days.  Simply place your H2Only Cleaners bag within the used plastic bag and place on your porch.  This will keep your garments from getting saturated and avoid issues associated with saturation (shrinkage, dye bleeding etc.).
